Shipping Policy for CoffeeXperts

Shipping Rates
The shipping charges can be calculated and displayed for you after you type in your shipping information. You will know the exact amount of shipping cost of your order before you enter your credit card information. Some items mention an additional shipping charge and this will be added to your order. This charge is reflected in the amount you see on the screen before you submit your order.

CoffeeXperts prefered method of shipping is UPS. When you close your order, the options of shipping methods and their costs will be available to you. These are the actual rates provided by these carriers. UPS and Fed Ex do not ship to PO Boxes or to military APO addresses.

Orders placed before 1:00 P.M. CST are expected to be pulled and shipped that day. You may choose the carrier and option that best fits your needs. For carrier descriptions, please visit your preferred shipper's website.

Orders received Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

While we stock most of our products, some of our products are drop-shipped from our suppliers or manufacturers. Whenever possible we stock and ship products in-house so you receive your order quickly, but it's simply not possible to keep all items in stock all the time. Any split shipments will be at CoffeeXperts discretion.

CoffeeXperts reserve the right to bill your credit card for addresses and/or zip codes incorrectly submitted. Most shipping companies charge for address-correction errors, and we reserve the right to pass these along to you. In addition, if you ask the delivering carrier to route your package to an alternate address, we reserve the right to pass those additional fees along to you.

Military shipments ( APO) may have additional charges that can not be reflected in the website. These charges will be email to you and charged on your credit card.

Backorder notification will be emailed to you.

Since CoffeeXperts use an actual shipping cost on every order, we do pass along all shipping charges. Shipping or additional charges are not refundable.

Tracking My Package

After your order is shipped, we'll send you an email shipment confirmation. We'll detail which items have been shipped, how much was billed to you, and which item(s) may be on backorder. We'll also provide a shipment tracking number (if available), and easy links to the shipping carriers websites, so you can track the status of your order. USPS does not provide tracking services on some of their services. If you require a tracking number, please make sure to use UPS or FedEx.  

Free Shipping Promotions

CoffeeXperts offers Free Shipping from time to time. If you choose to use a free shipping promotion code, CoffeeXperts reserves the right to ship least cost method. If you prefer a tracking code or need the product within a certain time, you will need to choose and pay for the shipping method that best works for you.
