El Salvador Coffee

Our El Salvador is a strictly high grown coffee bean from Central America. The Los Ausoles cooperative has produced an intriguing hybrid variety pacamara, a tree that produces a large bean. The pacamara is a fascinating hybrid because it is superior in cup quality. In our cup evaluation we noted sweet, apple, ripe, clean and creamy body. It is an interesting gourmet coffee bean that is soft but complex in the cup.  As they say in El Salvador..." Drink it... and Smile"
