CoffeeXperts fundraising is very different from large corporate fund raising machines. We place a premium on building relationships with the organizations we work with. To do this, we get to know each organization and their specific needs. This helps us (and them) to ensure a successful, lucrative, and painless fund raiser. Yet another reason that we take the time to get to know these groups is because we have different styles of fund raising that are better suited for some while other styles are better for others.
Two Easy Options for Sales
OPTION 1: Door-to-Door with Order Forms
This traditional option allows a fundraiser with no money out of pocket. Order forms are easily downloaded for your participants and they pre-sell our great tasting coffee for a specified period (2-3 weeks typically). At the end of taking your orders, you simply compile the order forms and enter your final order by selecting Enter Group Order from the fundraiser menu bar. We then begin roasting your coffee to ensure freshness and customer satisfaction. Within two weeks, you’ll receive your order and instructions on how to separate and fill your orders quickly. Its that easy and you can start today!
OPTION 2: Online Sales
We’ll create a special, customized web ordering page for your organization. Then you direct customers to your special ordering page. Example Ordering Page: (www.CoffeeXperts.com/OrderPage). If your organization has a website simply put a link on it to our custom ordering page. We track your orders and donate 50% for every bag of coffee sold back to you. It's that simple! There are no catches, no fees, no commitments. All you have to do is send the link to as many of your supporters as you can. With that in mind, here are some ways online sales can be an outstanding program for you:

Create a promotional email campaign (using selling points about our products from this brochure, if you like) and send to as many of your supporters as possible

Encourage your supporters to forward the link to people they know, too

Have ALL group members put this URL link in their facebook/twitter accounts

Pass the link on in newsletters, and create a coffee sales link on your own web site

Include CoffeeXperts web store “coupons” in your mailings

Focus on repeat sales from your patrons – get them to keep coming back!
