Fazenda Olhos D Água is located in Perdões, Minas Gerais. Mário Dornelles Alvarenga produces the Acaia variety of bean on his farm. Mr. Alvarenga’s crop is notable for its warm aromatics of chocolate studded with red fruits, while the flavor comes through as a smooth milk chocolate.

Mr Alvarenga is concerned about the environment too. Through an adequate handling of the soil, the quantity of water springs in the area has increased three times.
